Hospitech

Terms of service

Last updated 17 September 2026

These terms govern the Hospitech Google Ads management service ("the service") operated by Nicolas Mechelany ("we", "us"). By authorizing Hospitech to access your Google Ads account, you agree to them.

The service

We audit your Google Ads account, propose changes in writing, and apply the changes you approve through the Google Ads API. The commercial scope, fees and duration of each engagement are set out in a separate written agreement between you and us. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, the agreement wins.

Your responsibilities

  • You confirm you are authorized to grant access to the Google Ads account you connect.
  • You review each change plan before approving it. Approval is your instruction to apply the listed changes.
  • You remain the owner of the Google Ads account, its billing and its relationship with Google.
  • You comply with Google Ads policies for the ads and landing pages we manage on your behalf.

Our responsibilities

  • We apply only changes you have approved, within the monthly budget ceiling agreed with you.
  • We keep a changelog of every write to your account and share it on request.
  • We handle your Google data as described in our privacy policy.
  • We do not guarantee any particular advertising result. Google Ads outcomes depend on factors outside our control, including auction dynamics, seasonality and your website.

Access and revocation

You may revoke our access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revocation ends our ability to act on the account but does not by itself end the commercial agreement; notice terms in that agreement apply.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses, lost profit or lost bookings. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

Third-party services

The service depends on the Google Ads API and on Google's terms. Google may change or withdraw API access, and we are not responsible for interruptions that result.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Disputes go to the courts of Spain, unless your written agreement with us says otherwise.
